Wood is dried to 6% moisture content before stabilizing. It is then put in the tank and vacuum is created to remove air from the tank and wood for better penetration of resin. After vacuum process is complete. Resin is pumped into the tank and 90 pounds air pressure is applied. The time under pressure is dependent on the density of the wood. Medium to Light Walnut Color Beautiful- Excellent Quality Kiln Dried Should be Sanded Weight before wrapping is 3 lbs. This is not a finished product. Additional surfacing and edging are the responsibility of the buyer. Ohio residents must pay 7% sales tax. Payment is expected from winning bidder within 7 days of auction end.
