The boxes exterior dimensions are 9 1/2" x 7 1/4" x 3 1/2" high. Box has mitered and pegged corners and quality brass inlaid fittings. French made hygrometer. It was not tested but appears to be in working order. Overall condition is good. Interior has a few nicks, dings, and discoloration commensurate with age and use. The lid and hinges close cleanly. The exterior has some minor scratches and scuffs. The brass handle has some spots of discoloration.
