This is a 2010/2011 niner Air9 frame. I say 10/11 because niner doesn't do model years. It is the previous model to the current ones. It has a straight 1 1/8th headtube. But these are supposed to be lighter due to the scandium easton aluminum. This was my wifes race bike for the 2012 wvmba race season. She was able to win womens sport with it so you know you'll be fast on it! I will be selling the drivetrain. Fork and other misc. parts in other auctions. It is new and has never been mounted. Photo 4 shows the only flaw with the kit. It is on one of the bottom caps. It is hard to see. But look for 2 small lines near the top middle. Then off to the left of that, a small nick. These are small and normal usage marks, not giant gouges. They will come in the original bags from Harrelson. This is a 1952 model Olds Ambassador Bb cornet in very good condition. Plays fantastic. Valves are fast and plating is great. It has an updated Olds mouthpiece receiver to receive standard modern shank cornet mouthpieces. It also has a first valve thumb saddle for slide adjustment. The mouthpiece receiver and Thumb slide were installed by Rich Ita's Brass Instrument Workshop outside Atlanta. Serial# 76479. It has a raw brass finish that is currently polished but can be left to develop the natural patina. The first valve slide has lacquer. No dents to speak of. Artisan Soloist USA Trumpet, Vintage, Raw Brass
Artisan Soloist Trumpet. Made in the USA. Serial No. 146435. This horn is in playable condition as is. However, a full restoration would result in a beautiful antique trumpet. I have spent some time playing the horn, and it has a nice smokey smooth tone. Most of the lacquer is gone, leaving a raw brass finish. Good stuff: The valves are smooth and work well(bottom spring design) All of the tuning slides work. The case is included. Imperfections: There are several small dents. But all can be tapped out with the right repair tools. The lead pipe is missing its first brace. The lead pipe brace connecting to the 2nd valve casing needs to be soldered. The second slide is missing its pull tab. The third tuning slide includes the mount for a music lyre, but the lyre is missing. 2009 Niner Air 9 Air9 Frame, Raw, Size 19 Large, Great Condition, Low Mileage!
Condition: 8/10(with chainsuck marks) otherwise 9/10. Original owner. Niner doesn’t really do model years but the complete bike this came from was purchased new from Backyard Bikes in Wisconsin November 2009. Spent the winter upgrading the bike so not ridden until June 2010. Approx. 10+ rides on it(about 300 miles) Was not used in 2012. I primarily do road riding now so this bike frame is not used. I raced it twice and then just trail rides. I had the bike built to 21.5 pounds(with pedals) Overall the frame looks great! The Niner Air 9 Raw finish does have some cloudiness to it by nature(came this way) and has an overall brushed appearance. While glossy clear coated. 1 small nick on the top tube and 1 small nick on the downtube. The stickers are in excellent condition. Some minor stone chips/scratches by bottom bracket shell(see photos) Frame ... morehas not been crashed or bent(1 tipover from not being able to clip in and one wipeout on soft dirt/leaves) The derailleur hanger. has not been bent and is replaceable. Threads on the BB shell do not need to be chased; ready to be built up. Unfortunately there has been a little chainsuck(while trying to dial in my 2x9 setup) The mark is about 1” long by 1/4” wide. The mark looks worse than it is and hasn’t gone deep into the frame(see photos) I used a Lizard Skins chainstay protector to protect against chain slap. Most players prefer the sound from this vintage over the newer Strads. The stock 25 leadpipe was replaced with a Bach Strad 43 leadpipe. Some players characterize the 180-37 with a 43 leadpipe as a“lead” horn– it can certainly wail in the upper register and speak authoritatively over a band. But you will find that it can ... morealso blend perfectly with a wonderful symphonic sound without the resistance in the upper register often experienced from a 25 leadpipe. The horn speaks at softer volumes and projects at higher ranges and volumes better than most any other horn I have played. The original owner carefully selected this horn when new for its sound and response after trying more than a dozen others at the factory. The valves are in terrific shape(see pics) A tune-up was recently done which replaced all felts. Bumpers and replaced the original stiff valve springs with faster lightweight Strad springs. There is still great compression in the valves. All slides operate perfectly. Enabling the player to quietly and quickly throw either the first or third slide to ensure pitch perfection. PENN Trumpet - Conn or Buescher Stencil? Probably 50's - Raw Brass
This trumpet appears to be in very good condition for it's age. It was built like a tank and has survived the last 6 0 years remarkably well! I believe it's all original. The lacquer has been removed and it shines up nice. The horn is straight and there are no signs of a repair. The valves and slides work freely. Except for the third valve slide whic h can stick. Those in the know claim that Penn Trumpets were stencil horns made by Buescher or Conn. My guess(based on it's serial number) is that this one was made by Conn in 1954. Although the horns is very well built and may last another 60 years. There no doubt it once sounded a bit better. I noticed that the first valve is out of alignment and although the valves all look in remarkably shape, there's some air leakage in the first and third. In addition, two of the pearl finger ... morebuttons are cracked and the case is in rough shape. The horn plays well enough for a beginner. If the valve work is done it would be a fine, rather rare model horn suitable more serious player. Other than that, just put it in a your trumpet collection or hang it on wall hanger. Cheap and no reserve.

Calicchio 1S2 Trumpet in raw brass
This is a terrific Tulsa Calicchio 1S2 built by John Duda a true artisan. It has a professional valve alignment by Mike Paulson and recent tweaks by John Duda himself at the Marcinkewicz factory in Canby. OR where John now builds Calicchios. The horn plays freely and has a terrific sound throughout all ranges. The 1S2 is considered the standard among lead trumpets and very popular among studio musicians. This instrument is in raw brass which allows the horn to ring freely enhancing the sound. The patina can be easily polished to a high shine if desired. I have too many horns right now and must liquidate for financial reasons.

There are little leftovers of original lacquer and those are on actual bell flare and bell stamping where the text is. Little leftover of lacquer on the valve section. I don`t see repairs. Resolders on this horn. This trumpet plays great and you won`t hear small bore in it`s sound. The best news are that it appears to have a recent valve work done which I determined by looking at the pistons as those appear to be freshly plated and are also very tight. This kind of job would cost you at least $400-$500 and at a little higher cost you are already buying a trumpet with valve job already done and horn ready to play out of the case. DON`T MISS! Engravings on the bell and valve section look excellent and everything is fully readable. All slides are coming out as well( except the very front part of the tuning slide which I don`t want to force it out) Horn can be tuned by the tuning slide part which works. Really a great buy like for the money and also if you are a fan of a Vintage King trumpets which are very high quality made to last! Trumpet comes with newer Case which I believe to be a Holton case.

Antique 18th Century Birch Pegged Joint Stool Pub End Table Raw Pine Board Top
This late 1700s joint stool measures 22” tall x 15 ¾” x 12” overall with 10 ¾” x 16” replaced scrubbed pine top. The wood appears to be birch and there is nice shrinkage to the turnings and wear to the bottom of the feet. You will note pegs at all joints(suitably raised) and wear to the bottom rails. It was refinished many years ago using abrasion. Which resulted in the pattern of light and dark areas seen in the photos(dark areas are where the sander did not reach. While the surface is not historic, the overall effect is quite pleasant and the surface has a very friendly warm hand rubbed sheen. In the 19th century, the pine plank top was attached(with wrought nails) and it was upholstered many times, resulting in the edge wear, holes and stray tacks. The amount of use it received suggests it may have been in a Pub and there is ... morea branded inventory number on the bottom of one rail as well as the printed name“C B Walker” under a layer of dirt and grime. The glue blocks appear to date from the 19th century when the top was replaced. The owner removed several layers of old upholstering from the top to reveal the old pine board. For auction this week is an absolutely stunning Taylor Phat Boy flugelhorn. This is the pinnacle of flugelhorns. Especially this model year(2010) with the revised leadpipe and the highly-acclaimed Bauerfeind valve section. From what I hear, these valves can still be had on the current Phat Boy but at a $1000 premium over the prices posted on the Taylor website. The raw brass bell with the lacquered inside, as you see here, is the first level of trim offered by Mr. Taylor. As with some of the other higher-end Taylor horns, these are all assembled by hand"in house" at Taylor. Many of Andy's horns have a somewhat rough-hewn, industrial-art look to them; so don't expect the same refinement as a Yamaha or Bach. The value is in this unique look and in the sound produced by a Taylor hand-crafted horn. This is a 21" Alchemy(made by Istanbul Agop) Raw Jazz Ride. I special ordered this with the jazz ride profile. Which has a much flatter bell and bow than the regular raw rides. I also requested it lighter than normal, and though it's not extremely light, it weighs a versatile 2664g(a"normal" raw ride that I had was over 3300 grams, so it certainly is light by comparison to that, but it's not as light as I was expecting) The sound is dark with a clear, raw stick sound over a complex, dark, raw spread. It's a beauty. The bell is mellow and integrated, which is why I requested the lower"jazz ride" profile when I ordered it. This bell definitely does not clang. Overall, this is a versatile, medium light, raw ride. I've used mainly for jazz applications, but I could also see it working really well for folk, ... morelight rock, blues, as well as many other styles. Board is water tight with signs of light usage. There was a repair under the deckpad. Original owner said there was a crease that ran across the deck which was repaired and we installed the deck pad. I personally took this board out for a spin and can verify that it is water tight and sound. No buckling, no structural damages. An honest 8.5 out of 10. It is very well taken care off.
