A very comfortable playing and sitting small 12 fret with cutaway that plays like butter. An Antique Chinese Mother of Pearl Inlaid Rosewood Box & Lid c1900
This fine antique chinese box and lid i think dates to around 1900 but could be either way in date. The box is made of wood that i think may be rosewood or a similar wood and is nice quality with good colour and patina, the box has a lift off lid that has different inlaid oriental designs of mother of pearl all over although there are a couple of pieces of inlay missing on two of the designs, there is a carved handle on the top that has a smasll chip off the end, the sides of the box also have mother of pearl inlay with different designs but all of these are intact, there are some glue repairs to a couple of joints on the bottom of the box and minor wear and tear with age, the box measures 9 x 5 x 3 inches, in pretty good condition for its age, i have taken some pictures of the inlay outside to get more detail which makes the wood look black ... morebut more the red colour in the indoor pictures

NEAR MINT CONDITION, EARLY 1966 SERIAL NUMBER. This is the original Martin model that Eric Clapton’s signature guitars are based on. This guitar is in unbelievable condition with highly figured Brazilian Rosewood. If you’ve never owned a Brazilian Rosewood Martin do yourself a favor and get one, they sound amazing. Guitar has maple bridge plate(highly prized) Tortoise shell pick guard(early‘66 only) no side, back or top cracks, with standard crazing of the top found on most Martins of this age. This is a beautiful Estate find. Circa 1940. You could not ask for a better piece of Silver Plate by such a quality maker. This bright, shiny, 2 3/4 Pint Coffee Pot is made in the YC1601 pattern called Rosewood. There are 2 very small dings, right next to each other on one side. I didnt notice them until I was polishing it. You will know they are there, but nobody else will. I dont think you will find them until you have looked a bit. What is being offered now is the Boyd Glass Little Joe Horse in the color Rosewood. This is the smaller Little Joe Horse. This is an older piece. It was color number 10 in the limited series of 30 colors run in this mould and was made on 5/27/1988. The Little Joe mould was altered to make the Candy Carousel Horse mould so no more of these Little Joe Horses can ever be made. Terz Brazilian Rosewood Parlor Guitar - Project -STUNNING and slightly famous
Brazilian Rosewood- USA SALES ONLY. This was my first project. When I got it it was a royal mess. Someone a long time ago took what I assess to be a drunken attempt to“fix it” This was my first restoration. I will detail what was fixed and what she needs still done as best I can. This is a stunning Brazilian Rosewood Mini Parlor guitar(Tune to A) No ID. Most likely a Bruno. 34” total length, 22” scale. 1 ¾” nut. The body is 16 ¼” long, Upper Bout 8 13/16” wide/ 3”deep. Waist 7” Lower Bout 12” wide. Start at the top. Brazilian Rosewood headplate. Quality replacement tuners with Ivoriod knobs, nice old Mahogany neck. Original Ebony fingerboard was toast. It was played through! I made the fingerboard out of AAAA Ebony. I matched the original fret spacing with a Caliper. I converted the neck to bolt on. Good thing, the neck needs to ... moremove ½”ish to the right. The strings do not line up properly to the bridge. Easy fix. Just unbolt and move the hole slightly. The bridge may need to move I do not know. Nice top wood. One crack repaired? I salvaged the top binding. Rosette and sound hole ring. I did have to replicate about 1”of binding near the neck. The guitar was originally set up with a trapeze. At some point someone drilled holes in the top for a bridge. There was no going back to the trapeze. I filled the trapeze screw holes with Brazilian saw dust. I did pop the back off. Fixed and replaced bracing, I left it ladder braced. I repaired a few cracks. I put in side supports to prevent future cracking. The back and sides are high gloss hand rubbed French Polish, the top also lightly French Polished. As I wrapped up I put a crack in the back(see photo) That’s when I lost my spirit to continue. I glued it to keep the crack from spreading. One other crack in the back could do with some redo. A little wavy. The Ebony Pyramid bridge is probably too large for the guitar. I botched the pin hole locations, repaired the holes(you can make invisible repairs to black Ebony! there is still room for improvement on pin

This is a wonderful piece that I think is solid black walnut. But the people who sold it to us swore it was rosewood. It’s a sofa that is ... moreoversized, unbelievably wide, in great shape with no irons or anything to brace it up. You can see where a seam came apart on one arm and a small splice was put in to hold it together, and other than some little cracks from age where the seams come together, it’s in outstanding shape. In the very top center crest, you can also see a rough spot where the wood got rubbed, which we will fix before shipping. Someone has reupholstered it in an antique blue with beige busy patterned fabric, with tassels, flowers and leaves, all buttoned and pleated in back. The frame is all solid wood, dates from the 1870s, and as I said, is really large. It measures 79 inches across the wings, and 68 inches wide on the inside of the seat. It is 31 inches deep from front to back, and is 42 inches high on the center back. The seat is 19 inches high. It sits nicely, and is tight and sturdy. Vintage Fender USA neck, pulled from a 1966 Fender Mustang. This is the more desirable, full-scale, 22-fret"B" width version. Condition: Very good. It has plenty of wear. But no damage. The neck itself has no major dents or dings. There is some wear on the lower fretboard and the lower 4 frets. It could use a fret dressing, but it doesn't NEED it- the neck plays nicely as-is. There is a lot of grunge on the fretboard, it could certainly use a good cleaning and some lemon oil. The neck's original factory nut is still in good shape, and the truss rod turns freely. You can see the finish cracking slightly(typical of these old nitro finishes) There are a few, v ery small. Light dings on the headstock edge, but they are hardly visible. Note that it appears somebody drilled out a few of the tuner holes on the back end- not sure why. Because it didn't have newer tuners installed, and the standard Mustang or"F" tuners fit normally. This won't matter once you install the tuners since they completely cover the holes. All in all. This is a fine, solid vintage neck, ready for your restoration or project. Installation Notes: This Mustang neck measures the usual Fender spec's: 24" scale. 1+5/8" wide at the nut, and 2+3/16" wide at its end. It is obviously intended for an Mustang body, but will fit any standard Stratocaster as well- do your homework before bidding if you have an oddball body. The tuner hole diameter is the standard(10mm) Fender necks are easy to install- 4 screws and that's all- but be aware that it may take some expertise to adjust it for your guitar and bridge. THE COLOR IS A CHERRY OR MAHOGANY SO I WOULD SAY MOST LIKELY ROSEWOOD. IT STANDS ABOUT 15" HIGH AND IS ABOUT 5" AT IT'S WIDEST POINT. THERE IS AN AGE OR NATURAL CRACK AT THE BASE THAT DOESN'T REALLY EFFECT THE PIECE. VERY DETAILED AND INTRICATE CARVING.
