Six cordials or shot glasses and a handled tray. The styling is very art deco. The tray is a shiny ebony and matches the glass stopper on the decanter. There is a matching grey floral cutting on the decanter a and on each of the shot glasses. The decanter measures 5 ½ inches tall by 6 inches long. Each shot glass measures 2 inches tall with a 1 ½ inch diameter rim. The handled tray measures about 10 ¼ x 6 1/2 inches. The center insert for the cordial decanter is about 6 ½ x 2 inches. This is totally ebony with the etching picking up white from the flash. I wish I was a professional photographer! The etch is of moose. Deer and dog in the woods. The rim of the plate has a silvery gold color as well as a circle around at the bottom of the etch. This LOVELY pattern was produced by Paden City in the late 1920's to early 1930's. Measuring 14 inches in diameter and 4" high. This bowl has a flared and etched rolled edge. This 10 sided decagon bowl is etched with the beautiful wreath and urn pattern on its flared sides. Original box measures 8.25"x 6.75"x 1.75. These pieces appear to be used 1 time or not at all. I've had it for over 20 years sitting in a drawer so it's time to let someone enjoy them. They are over a hundred years old. From either the late 1800's or very early 1900's. Real ebony wood- not stained. Appears to be stainless utensils on the ends of the ebony handles. Item: Up for auction is this fully restored Antique Ebony Finished Plant Stand. This is not a painted item. But rather an ebonized finish. The top and base of the stand measure 14 inches across, and it stands 36 inches tall. The stand is very elegant, has has very intricate detailed trunings. The stand is very well constructed. The top and base attach to the column via a threaded dowel shown in photo#11. There are some minor imperfection in the stand. Photo#5 shows a dent in the side of the column. Photo#8 shows a small dent in the top as well as a slight separation in the top. These imperfections are very minor and do not pose any structural or functional problems for the plant stand. The terms restored and refinished are not meant to convey perfection. While the restoration process removes or minimizes imperfections, subtle signs of its ... moreage and use remain.
