Gibson SG Faded 3-pickup You are bidding on a 2007 Gibson SG Special Faded three-pickup in Worn Ebony finish. This model was only made for one year. And it is hard to find. This guitar plays and sounds great. All the electronics work without a problem. There is a rotary pickup selector switch and a master Volume and Tone. This SG has a lot of cool vibe. The reflector knobs were replaced with Gibson solid black top hats. The neck is straight and is great to play on. This SG has a really great tone both acoustically and when plugged in. There is finish has naturally worn in areas from playing. This guitar just received a professional setup and intonation. It plays really well and stays in tune quite well. The back spring cover and is missing five of the screws and the truss rod cover is missing its screw. There are two springs, see photo, the others, if they were there, are missing. There are two small dings in the back of the neck, you can see close-up photos of these below. There are small dings on the top of the body towards the butt, see the 8th photo. And small dings around the edges on the top and back on the butt of the body, see them in the 9th, 10th, and 11th photos below, also some spots where the top layer of the finish has peeled off it looks like, still has finish, no exposed wood. Also some light scratches in different areas on the body. All this is the usual type wear on a used instrument. But as you can see in the photos the guitar looks great and plays the same way. Ebony Handled Cautery Iron
Ebony Handled Cautery Iron 19th Century cautery iron made of chromed steel with an ebony handle. There is a small crack in the ebony handle and also in the rounded end of the handle adjacent to the steel rod. As you can see in the photos. There is a number taped to the head, which I assume was a museum accession number. The instrument is approximately 13 inches long. This is one of the larger cautery irons I have seen on ebay.

An increased demand for solidbody guitars and the growing influence of psychedelic rock prompted Gibson to reintroduce the Flying V- a guitar perfectly suited for the growing rock n' roll culture of the day. I remember the bridge on my grandfather's mandolin(which I stepped on when I was a kid- grandpa had left it on the floor and I didn't see it apparently. I'm now 68 so I know it's old. This 1986 Steinway Model L 5'10" Grand has hardly been touched! And of course. This can be verified by any independent piano technician. There are no defects of any kind and it is in immaculate condition. It is a modern Steinway without any Teflon parts that were experimented with in the 1970's. The touch and sound of this Steinway is nearly identical to a brand new one at the Steinway dealer. The finish has a small amount of wear in some spots. But the interior finishes of the strings, soundboard, and plate are in UNUSUALLY like new condition due to the fact that a felt string cover has been protecting the interior from the elements and even preventing any dust to settle on the soundboard. Knobs and input jack plate are not original but the original jack plate is included and reproduction knobs are going to be included with the package. Brass nut may be original(as I have seen some equipped with it from the factory) but I am almost positive it's been replaced! This Les Paul Custom is in player's condition. Showing buckle rash on the back and a small area of 2"x2" where the lacquer has come off the body, small chips on the edge of the headstock, ... more2-3 touched up spots on the top(absolutely invisible even from a hand distance) multiple dings on the sides of the guitar(mostly around the bottom but as you can see in the photos none through the finish) all of that true, honest player's wear. The neck is straight, the guitar just had a complete set up done to it and there is over 40% left from the original frets, the electronics are clean and are fully functional. Stage ready guitar! No breaks. Cracks or repairs. The case is in good shape as well with one latch broken but solid and clean inside. The guitar begs to be played! The tone is to die for.
