I purchased them about 4 years ago then shortly ended up with a YSGG laser so they have very light wear. I don't know which diode they are compatible with-you will have to double check the frequency to see if it matches your diode. They are for the style frame shown in the photo of the manual and I do not know if they are compatible with others. They have some light scratches near the rim that do not impact vision.
