This is a very large cylindrical lens used for industrial laser diode welding and heat treatment machines up to 3KW optical power at 808nm+. 15nm. It is part of an optical system that will correct the beam from the arrays to make it able to be focused to about 10mm on the workpiece. The lens will work with other wavelengths up to 980nm and as short as visible ranges, with some attenuation in the green region. This is a high power blue laser diode module made to pump a small low power tunable dye laser. The laser output is about 1w at 447nm. The laser draws about 2.5A at 3V. The lens is adjustable from a pinpoint burning spot to a fairly well collimated beam that can travel for miles. This laser module must be cooled with a heatsink for constant use. The power output is enough to set lots of stuff on fire. So I am sure you can only imagine what it would do to your eyes if you look in the beam. This is a 1W 835nm laser diode that is coupled to a ST style fiber. It is very good for IR illumination and industrial applications like cutting and engraving. These lasers are extremely hard to find. And unlike the standard bare diodes, you do not need special optics to use it, a simple focusing lens will do. Oh, you could also use this diode to repair an agfa plate setter as long as the diode it uses is less than 1W and has the ST style fiber connector. It even comes with a coupler/generder bender! I also have some 1-2W 835nm 9mm plate setter diodes listed as well. This item is pretty hard to find reasonably priced, they sell for about 500 surplus, and over a grand new from a prepress repair shop. I have lots of laser and other unique stuff for sale this week.

But have mechanical problems that prevent their use in an industrial plate setter machine: As follows; one has the pin that is tied to the case broken with a fiber that is coupled to a ST style fiber connector, this diode should have the anode directly tied to the case using a mounting screw. The other diode has the ST connector is missing, output is directly from the fiber itself. Both diodes are tested to function well electrically and optically. This is one of those high power gold laser diodes similar to the one that I offered months ago that was in a miniature precision welding machine. This one however. Came from a really powerful DPSS laser I stripped for parts because the YVO4 was fried. It makes 806nm at 25 deg C which is good for pumping higher power DPSS rods. You can run a little warmer if you want exactly 808nm output for a self-q-switched Yag or similar crystal. It takes about 2.3V at up to 40A to operate and makes an industrial strength burning laser beam out of the lens on the end. Included in the sale is a collimator lens for a welder machine. The lens is removable to use on other similar laser diodes(795-980nm) if you like. These lasers are very hard to find with the matching lens attached. GK450 Class 4 Industrial Laser Diode Assembly Liquid Cooled. 20 CATEGORIES for other items of interest. Currently over store items listed. 50 Inside this rather substantial aluminum box is a water cooled laser diode. The unit looks complete except for the output beam electronics. The optics mounts are included though. The image above shows the power supply cooling fan. The liquid cooling line quick couplings and the signal modulation inputs. The image below shows where the beam comes out. Note the optical mounts on rail. The image above shows the unit with the top lid removed. The laser diode is the most gold colored part mounted on a cooling block. In the image below. You see a closer view of the laser. The beam has to come out between the upper gold colored part and the lower copper colored part. There are Swagelok fittings that connect ... morethe cooling lines to the larger cooling block. The laser is marked GK450 on the side. The power supply in the case that provides the current to it is rated to 35 amps and 8 volts. The wiring is similarly sized. Thus the liquid cooling needs to dissipate something approaching 280 watts. The lase module is about.985" wide. The center section is about.394" wide. Front to back. Not counting the cylindrical electrical connection, is about.61" Height is about.39" The diode is connected to the internal circuitry of the box and the power supply. The image above shows the connection to the back of the laser. Along with a power semiconductor that is most likely being used as a diode. There is a tiny label on the laser that says cathode( but no other identifier that we can make out. The images below show the optics mounts. High quality Coherent MilSpec Laser Diode Module Lot Industrial Alignment Beam
LOT OF TWO! These are older but very useful laser diode modules that were used in some sort of military gear. I assume they were for targeting and general alignment. These are high quality American made modules with teflon insulated wires. They make a bright red beam that is better than most laser pointers in quality over long distances. The laser output is between 3.5 and 4.5mw and the output wavelength is 645nm give or take a few nm's. I have lots of lasers and other unique stuff for sale this week.

High Power Coherent Laser Diode Burning Industrial Fiber Optic 1W Agfa CTP Part
LAST ONE! This is a 1W 835nm laser diode that is coupled to a ST style fiber. It is very good for IR illumination and industrial applications like cutting and engraving. These lasers are extremely hard to find. And unlike the standard bare diodes, you do not need special optics to use it, a simple focusing lens will do. Oh, you could also use this diode to repair an agfa plate setter as long as the diode it uses is less than 1W and has the ST style fiber connector. It even comes with a coupler/generder bender! I also have some 1-2W 835nm 9mm plate setter diodes listed as well. This item is pretty hard to find reasonably priced, they sell for about 500 surplus, and over a grand new from a prepress repair shop. I have lots of laser and other unique stuff for sale this week.
