This is a vintage drafting/ desk light lamp from the 1950's or 1960's and it work. It uses 2 18" fluorescent lamps; 15 volt each. It is completely adjustable and is extremely well built. It may be a Dazor. But I am not positive. The 2 lamps are brand new as I have just installed them. There is the general wear from the many years of use, but overall it is in very good shape.
