Marantz SA14 SACD Player(needs new firmware and new laser lens)
Just a heads up that this player can't read the TOC of CD's and SACD's. It needs repair. This SA14 has been a great player. I'm the original owner. And I've used it since 2002. It's been well taken care of and has no visible scratches. And is mechanically and electrically sound. This unit slowly started to not recognize discs. It never had any skipping problems. It just couldn't read the TOC. I believe this is attributed to the lazer/lens being worn out. The good news is that they still sell the laser optical lens on ebay for 24 bucks. I recently bought a new SACD player that I'm happy with and don't have the inclination to get the SA14 repaired. I'm hoping someone else will. Thanks for looking!
