Large lot of optics, prisms, lens, fiber optics for Laser work w/storage case
Large lots of optic related materials that comes in a 21 drawer storage. There is a variety of items here. Most of which I have no idea what their purpose is but it all appears to be related to laser work. There are electrical items, cabling(which if I'm not mistaken is fiber optic cable) lens, prisms and several other things. See pictures and closeups for what is in each drawer. Soem of the drawers feel out during transport and contents are likely scattered now through various drawers so I'm sure there are items in the worng labeled drawer(s) Many of the lens have been chiped, particulalry along the edges. There are some broken one as well, and some that look to be a great condition. A definite mixed lot. Some drawer pics don't show the depth of the materilals inside but i can say that most of the paper oriented drawers have ... moremultiple copies of that item and most of the larger drawers are filled to the brim. You should be ale to see some of that from the 1st front face picture. In summary- a LOT of pieces in this lot and a very heavy case(and the case is plastic so all the weight is in the contents) Since it's not practical for me to package each piece of glass up independantly. I will stuff each drawer with some tissue paper or peanuts to minimize addtional breakage during transport- HOWEVER- By bidding on this auction you acknowledge that addtional glass items could be damaged or broken upon receipt. LAST ONE! This is a 1W 835nm laser diode that is coupled to a ST style fiber. It is very good for IR illumination and industrial applications like cutting and engraving. These lasers are extremely hard to find. And unlike the standard bare diodes, you do not need special optics to use it, a simple focusing lens will do. Oh, you could also use this diode to repair an agfa plate setter as long as the diode it uses is less than 1W and has the ST style fiber connector. It even comes with a coupler/generder bender! I also have some 1-2W 835nm 9mm plate setter diodes listed as well. Up for sale is a Research Electro-Optics HeNe Laser with Voltex Power Supply. A Point Source Fiber Delivery System(with built in shutter and a filter wheel that has different levels of ND Filters in it(I think) It also comes with the driver card for the shutter(all cable connectors are labeled on both the cable connector and the pcb connector) plus all cables to connect to the pc(not shown) You'd simply need to download the software online, and I'm not sure if there is a cost associated with it, but I'm sure it's easy enough to find out. It is fully functional and cosmetically excellent. You don't need to use the driver board to use it. Just unscrew two screws where the shutter is connected and it comes right off and out of the way. In the last picture all I'm doing is manually turning the knob on the back of the shutter ... moreto move it, but all I would've had to do is remove the screws to alleviate that step, but it appears to be that I like doing things the hard way.
