However the socket/globe sets down nicely into the frame. Frame: Heavy duty industrial cage/frame has a very unusual look. It does has surface rust. But this should be easy to remedy with a little Naval Jelly. It stands about 7 1/2" high. The wide base(top and bottom) measures at 6" and the width of the column of the cage/frame is about 5" wide Socket: Socket is in clean shape with no rust. All of the lights I have listed have been gone through and checked to make sure there are no hidden faults or problems. They are ready to be wired in and mounted. I've included pictures of the light apart to display the methodology for changing bulbs. These are superior quality Pyles that will give years of trouble free service and do it in style. This is a vintage explosion proof Goodrich Industrial. Factory light. It has Goodrich, 1150 embossed on the glass. On the copper top it says Goodrich Type 11 G, 60 Watt-250Volt. Lamp must point down.
