Up for auction is this used but very nice Hybridization rotisseerie oven made by Boekel/VWR. I set the heat 56 c and it started at 22.5 c and 22 min later it was heated up. Variable speed rotisserie dial works great as well. Unit shows use with a few small rust spots and tape residie. Thick plexi cover has access door of the front and lifts off the unit. Powers up and heats up; I have not attempted to test it thermostatically but I have no reason to expect that it doesn’t respond appropriately. During the course of taking the pictures I had to keep dialing the Set Point knob up to keep the Cycle Duration indicator on. I assume that would be the desired results. That is the extent of my testing and NO warranty is offered. However. IF you pay the asking price and find it has a problem you cannot live with within 14 days of receipt you may return it.
