This high quality tube furnace looks to be in good working condition, as per my test which went as follows. The unit powered up immediately, with the digital display lighting and responding as it should. I held the up arrow until the display read around eight-hundred degrees, and the furnace heated up quickly, with the digital display displaying the rising temperature. After about thirty second, smoke started coming out of the top of the furnace, so I quickly shut the unit off. After unplugging the unit, I opened it and it was quite hot inside. Up for sale is a Lindberg Blue 300 degree Celsius Deluxe Mechanical Convection Oven. Below are the technical specifications of this unit. I purchased this item at an auction a few years ago. And the previous owners informed me that they purchased it brand new and used it only once before they were closed by the bank. I have used it for the last 4 years as a stress relieving oven for small steel parts in a manufacturing environment on an average of once a month for 4 hours at a time at 350 deg F. It is in perfect working condition. The 10th picture shows a scratch by the left hand hinge on the corner of the door that has begun to develop surface rust due to it being stored in my garage. I have since moved it into my house to prevent any more rust from forming. There is also a very small scratch in the center of the door on the outside.
