This oven was removed from a working environment and is in good working condition. I had this oven plugged in and running for a little over an hour and it got up to and kept the temp of 123 Celsius to 126 Celsius(253.4 to 258.8 Fahrenheit) with no issues. Depending on if I ha d the exhaust door fully open or half open it did alter the temp just long enough for me to take a picture and then the unit would heat back up to the 126 Celsius.
