There are a few minor scuff marks and scratches on the outside of the item but this does not effect the functionality of the item. The function buttons are in good condition but the item is missing the"up" button. The display is in good condition with no cracks or chips. The LED heat light is burnt out but still works fine. This has a hole at the top to add a thermostat probe inside. but there is not thermostat included.
