Oven is controlled with a scaled adjustment pot that controls a SCR. The knob is simply turned to the desired setpoint which is shown on the scale surronding the knob. The actual temperature is shown with an analog dial which is in the center of the control panel. This particular model features the optional circular chart recorder and 7 day run timer. The oven can run on 208-240V single phase and we tested it with 208V. The 208V supply voltage yielded a max temp of 620 Deg with the actual temp reading 1-2 percent lower than the setpoint.
