Each chamber is equipped with automatic door latch locks. Which are controlled by the PLC. Each chamber has a 1/16 din temperature controller with digital setpoint and digital display. Each chamber has a vacuum gauge that has a range of 1 milliTorr to 760 Torr. Each chamber has a round mechanical vacuum gauge to accurately read the vacuum on each oven. Each chamber has with an"ABORT" push-button on the front panel. This"ABORT" push-button will automatically close the vacuum roughing valve and open the purge valve. Bring the oven up to atmospheric pressure, and purge for whatever the purge timer is set for. Each set of three chambers is designed ... moreto be connected to a vacuum pump and have its own vacuum lines associated with it. It would be possible to connect all six chambers to one vacuum system by making the necessary plumbing connections. Mechanical vacuum pumps are not included.
