I acquired this machine through a business I purchased and it was operated by an employee that came along with the business. I do not know how to operate this piece of equipment but do know that it is operational. We have engraved brass. Stainless steel, wood and plastics. The table is 12" x 24" and can engrave any length by 24" wide…12" at a time. Xenetech XOT 13x13 Rotary Engraver
This is a Xenetech XOT 13x13 Rotary Engraver. We are the original owners for the machine. The machine was purchased new and used very little in a home based business. We bought a laser engraver and moved into a shop and brought the Xenetech to the shop. It has less than 100 hours of actual engraving time on the machine. It's used primarily by us for drilling Braille holes in ADA compliant signs. It is the running Windows 95 and Xenetech's Graphics program v 5.6. The hard drive failed in the computer and we installed a new hard drive and had a computer company go through the system and make sure it was running fine. This machine uses the the ISA board inside the computer to drive the machine. The machine runs excellent. And we know of no issues with it. If you are doing Braille and not drilling the holes, watch the videos below and ... moresee how easy it makes drilling Grade 2 Braille holes. It's a very powerful, capable machine and Xenetech has been around a long time. If you look at other machines for sale. You will almost always find the tables engraved. This machine's table has never been engraved as you can see in the photos. It's one of the most well kept, clean machines you'll see. The table is 13" x 13" It comes with the original manual(s) the machine itself, the pendant, the APU, the computer, the monitor, and the vacuum pump that hooks to the nosecone to remove cutting debris. Machine is sold as is. We can provide current videos or photos of any aspect of the machine or it's use to show it's in perfect working order. Since it's a fresh install and a new hard drive. There may be settings that need to be addressed in the.ini file with the help of Xenetech tech support. Right now, it's working fine, but we aren't running it on a daily basis(we just bought a larger machine so we don't need this one any longer) but it would be worth a call to Xenetech to assign your name to the machine and have them verify there are no other settings that need to change.
