Not sure who made this unit but I think it was used on a grooving saw on a CNC point to point Boring machine on its grooving saw. This takes replaceable solid carbide inserts. outside diameter is 160mm(6.29 inches) with a 30mm bore(1.18 inches) The unit will adjust using the shims provided from 8mm(314 inches) wide cut to a max width of around 16mm(629 inches) My guess this was a 3 to 5 hundred dollar cutter when it was purchased.
