It does appear to have a diamond shaped logo on the bottom with either the word"SOAR or SOLAR" inside of it. Also. A38" is etched near the logo. This is a high quality bucket with a very heavy stainless cover that is 4" alone. The cover is 1/4" thick stainless x 8-1/8" diameter x about 14/16" deep. The bucket itself has a very few minor dings that are barely noticeable and certainly do not affect the functional use. It has a strong bail and supporting anchors. 13" in diameter x about 16-1/2" high to downsized opening/ It's 21-1/2" high with the bail straight up in the carry position. Stainless steel 5 gal farmer dairy bucket base from a milker or milking machine. This great old piece is in great condition. No rust. Great sheen, feet on the bottom and a firmly attached handle. It has some dents on the bottom as shown in pictures. This is about 12 1/2" tall with a 7” open mouth and a bottom diameter of 13" GREAT use for decoration, hand painting, garden, planter or what the heck…to haul liquid such as milk! Its certainly clean enough to do so! This is a tad over 8# as is before wrapping to send This may be by DeLaval, I am not sure. The best thing about this can is the feet on the bottom. I have for sale a Stainless Steel Surge Milk Bucket only. I would say overall condition is good. There are no holes or repairs. I don't see any major dents. There are some little dents along the front edges which is common. This bucket is roughly about 16 inches in diameter by I would say a little over 7 inches high-the belly of it-not the handle-just the tub. The top opening is 7 1/2 inches outside. The inside looks clean. When I got this bucket it was dusty and dirty so I basically rinsed it off and dried it with a towel. I believe it is a 5 gallon but I am not sure.
