Comes with the Globe unit. The base that it sits on, 4 teat shells, which are unmarked but stainless steel, 8 inflations which fit the claw and the shells, and 6 extra seals. 4 large and 2 smaller ones. Don't know much about these. I believe they were used for milking in the 50's and 60's. It is very heavy. Weighs over 23 pounds by itself, with all the extras it weighs almost 30 pounds.
