2 Inch Stainless Steel Potable Water Meter w Pulse Output for Remote Read#52 2.0" Stainless Steel Pulse Output Water Meter with FREE Shipping• Our ... moreRemote Readable 2 Inch Stainless Steel Pulse Output Water Meters are an affordable solution to accurately determine how much water is being consumed by a variety of users. This is a well made. Industrial grade, type 304 stainless steel water meter. You can use it as a traditional water meter where water consumption is read off of the face of the meter. Why Stainless Steel? Many states are phasing out the use of leaded brass in potable water systems. Stainless steel is a superior alternative to either brass or plastic. With many advantages at no increase in cost. We are one of the only suppliers of stainless steel water meters in the USA. This water meter can be read off of the face like a typical water meter. And also has the option of being able to connect the included pulse output wires to a pulse counting device for remote reading. This meter produces a dry-contact pulse for every 2.64 gallons or 0.35 cubic feet. In metric this is every 10 liters 0.01m³ that flows by the meter. These pulses can be then picked up and counted by our pulse counting devices. This pulse output water meter can be connected to our new EKM-Omnimeter Pulse v.4. This is our most advanced pulse counting electric meter. This pulse counting meter can count the pulse outputs from up to 3 Pulse Output Devices. available on our website) The pulse counting EKM-Omnimeter Pulse v.4 can then be connected to a computer either locally or over the internet. With this system. You will be able to economically know exactly how much water is being used at a variety of sites around the world. Use these water submeters to meter your water consumption of your apartments. Your irrigation system(can save you in sewer costs in some areas) meter your well output, or use them to detect leaks while you are away. 2% accuracy• S imple 2-wire connection between water meter and the pulse co

Hi Neighbor. Snappy here. Remember some time ago the Pet Rock craze? Well. We at CZIM FARM needed something new and different to raise funds to legally save our share of our family farm. Thus Farm Land Rental $20.00/year as a gift idea was created. We would rent a one square foot of working family farm land out for a year. We have 24.989 rentals to rent out and legally save our share of the farm. At present the Legal clock is ticking and we are on borrowed time. Why give a Farm Land Rental Gift? There are several reasons. The gift is both gender and budget friendly. It is one of a kind type of gift that can't be gotten any where. It is unique. It is ageless from youngster to oldster. A gift for the person who has everything. A gift that is nonpersonal. A gift that is educational year round. A gift that keeps on giving from Spring thru ... moreFall Harvest. A gift that is a topic around the watercooler. Date, parties and gathering events. A gift that can't be lost. Broken.but.useful as a learning tool. Perfect give for the City Kids to the Wannabe City Farmers. Our farm is located in Ohio. With dark rich soil. The farm produces wheat, corn and soybeans. The farm is surrounded in an area in Ohio. Rich in American history and has been in our family for many years. WHAT DO I GET FOR EACH SQUARE FOOT RENTAL? You will get an education on farming. Starting in the Spring in preparing the soil for planting and the machinery used. Planting the seeds for the crop. Weather conditions during the growing season. Photos will be placed on the website(now under construction) showing the growing changes. From green to yellow, for the harvesting. Taking the grain to market. Called the elevator, where it will be sold to be either exported or remain in the USA for foods that we eat such as bread or cereal. WILL I GET ANY PROFITS FROM MY ONE FOOT SQUARE RENTAL? NO. But you will get the bragging rights about farm rental and the crops grown and keep up with all the CZIM FARM crop news on our website. IS THERE ANY OTHER WAY I CAN HELP CZ

1922 Farmers' Institute Grand Champion Trophy Award measures approximately 7" tall. On one side are the words GRAND CHAMPION MACON COUNTY(Illinois) FARMERS INSTITUTE 1922. On the opposite side are the words WALTER BRITTON CORN 89.2. I think this means 89.2 bushels per acre which was an exceptional yield in 1922 when corn was still shucked by hand. The measurement from the back of the handle to the front of the oval-shaped cup is approximately 6-1/2" A short projection near the bottom of the front of the cup appears to be where another piece was once attached. Since the cup is top heavy and falls over if it is placed upright. The missing part possibly stabilized the trophy cup. The worn mark on the bottom includes the words HIGH GRADE METAL. The trophy metal is nonmagnetic. The"quadruple" silver plate is severely worn. ... moreThe cup has no dents. When the cup was awarded, it was an elegant trophy. The inside had a gold wash which is also partially worn away as shown in the picture of the inside of the cup. Postage, packaging and insurance are FREE if mailed to any U.S. address.

5 Fresh Rare Aloe Polyphylla seeds(Spiral Aloe) Aloe polyphylla is a coveted ornamental succulent from the Drakensberg Mountains of Southern Africa. Polyphylla is a relative of the common aloe vera. But whereas Aloe Vera is valued for its medicinal properties. Aloe polyphylla is coveted among succulent collectors for its striking spiraled leaf rosettes and vibrant red to pink flowers. The stemless spirals of toothy leaves can twist in either direction, and plants typically grow together in tight clusters. Finding seeds or live specimens of this gem can prove challenging because it is an endangered plant, and collection from the wild is prohibited. Cultivation, and especially seed production can be tricky, and so seed stocks from nurseries tend to be rather limited. When they can be found, collectors gobble them up. We are happy to have finally ... moregotten a supply of these seeds for those who wish to try their(green-thumbed) hands at growing this awesome species. Aloe is a genus of over four hundred species. Among the most popular succulents. Aloe grows in rosettes that resemble agave. The genus is native to Africa and its surrounding areas and has been historically used as a medicinal plant dating back to the Ancient Egyptians. They are ideal for rock gardens or as potted houseplants. Growing Information: A course. Sandy soil mixture is best. Place your seeds on the surface and cover lightly with a thin layer of sand. Silica is ideal. Keep the soil moist, but not overly wet. Optimal germination is between 68-78 degrees Fahrenheit. Germination can take several months, so be patient. Adding perlite or rocks to your soil is a good way to increase drainage so that rot does not occur. A layer at the bottom of your container works well. Fluorescent lights work well as a light source for starting seeds. Once established, aloe enjoys full sun if it can be given. A sunny window will usually suffice. It is extremely frost hardy. Fertilize once a year with a cactus fertilizer or half strength plant fertilizer. A must have fo

Compact, very showy, and easy to grow, it's a must-have for anyone with a patch of shade(or empty flowerpot! to call their own! The leaves are spectacular. Both for their red-to-midnight-purple color shading and their rippling edges, which give the plant much more presence than most Coleus. The leaves will turn color and begin to pucker at a very early age, making this one of the most fun seeds to start indoors. For even fuller, bushier plants, pinch back the young tips a few times during the growth season. I sowed a packet of'Black ... moreDragon' in successive waves about a month apart, just to enjoy the young leaves that much longer! This compact plant reaches about a foot high and nearly as wide in partial to full shade(or bright indirect light indoors) In the garden. It's a fine companion to everything from Begonias to Impatiens. Indoors, it fills a 6- to 8-inch pot beautifully with color that never quits! Coleus germinates readily and grows eagerly. For bushier. Fuller plants, keep the growing tips pinched. To extend the lush color into fall, remove any stray flower spikes that emerge- they take energy away from maintaining the gorgeous foliage, and the flowers are insignificant. If growing in the garden, sow about 10 inches apart. If growing indoors for houseplants, sow at any time, placing the young plants in a well-lit window. Can be a bedding plant in you flower garden or can keep inside as a houseplant. These plants live for many years as a houseplant. Coleus plants can root and grow easily from cuttings. 10 Fresh Rare Aristolochia Fimbriata vine seeds This plant is a great conversation piece. The flowers of this white-veined Dutchman's pipe are decadently decorated. This pipevine. Known as the white-veined Dutchman's pipe, is a scrambler(unlike the vast majority of its 500 relatives in Aristolochiaceae family which are climbers) and is making impressive territorial groundcover gains through the newly-cleared West Tropics corridor of the Glasshouse Range. Rounded. Heart-shaped leaves with a pewter patterning overlaid on green arise all along the serpentine, smooth stems. The solitary flowers arise from the leaf axils and each lasts only 24 hours. The fabulous flowers are so decadent! The inflated perianth tube is chalky white with pale green veining and it bends right back so that the enlarged lobe.
