This is in used condition. I do not know how it is supposed to function but I will tell you what we observed. I powered this on and it heats quickly. I let is on for several hours and it stayed a consistent temperature(tested with an oven thermometer) The temperatures I tested did not match the knob though, when it was 150 degrees in the oven the knob was only set to the low range shown in the 4th image, also when I turned it to the highest temperature the oven was at 350 degrees. Also the top has 2 holes in it where apparently there was something. This has the one rack and a metal plate in the bottom that covers the heating elements.
