Its numbers are vibrantly colored so that they are easy to read. All numbers are intact and in good condition. I noticed a little bit of minor scuffs along the numbers but it in no way takes away from the functionality of this piece. The top of the rule features a metal bracket that reads" Chicago Steel. The items setup and are in working condition to the best of our ability we inspect and checked these tripod and bipod setups. Comes with an antenna whip 24253-46 freq 450-470 MHZ that we believe goes with the carbon fiber bipod.
