These are all functional pieces. There are various scratches, the case has paint on it, the plumb bob is missing, the rope is in an unopened bag. Please ask any questions you might have. Older instrument that I have used several time. Needs to be fine tuned on the level adjustment. Always close enough for my work. Cross hairs set at an angle, must be loose somehow and I never tied to fix as it worked, just a bit concerting when you first look through it. Anyway, you can use it or fix it up some more. David White Meriden; does angles of elevation and depression. Well worth my starting bid. Pretty clean looking tool, dispite case damage.

The tripod is in good condition. It it slides up and down with ease. I believe the sliding part is made of wood in the middle. I could not find any other markings other than the one on the cap and the Number 9010-03 on the inside metal part of it so I am not sure what model number it is.
