Up for bid is a David White Universal transit#8307 serial#221843. A D-W-CO 3 1/2 x 8 survey tripod; a Bostrom A 9-8 leveling stick; and a Keson SR-18-100 fiberglass surveyors rope. These are all functional pieces. There are various scratches, the case has paint on it, the plumb bob is missing, the rope is in an unopened bag. Please ask any questions you might have. Make sure to look at the other items that I currently have listed. This will be shipped in two different packages for a flat fee. If I can ship to your location for less I will refund any difference. For your consideration I have a Vintage Chicago Steel Transit Survey Measuring Rule. This rule is in very good condition. It expands out to 12 feet total. Its numbers are vibrantly colored so that they are easy to read. All numbers are intact and in good condition. I noticed a little bit of minor scuffs along the numbers but it in no way takes away from the functionality of this piece. The top of the rule features a metal bracket that reads" Chicago Steel. This is a vintage hardwood surveying rod with brass end connections and cloth cover. It comes with a sectioned canvas cloth storage case. The rod is 16+ feet tall when assembled. There are a few spots of wear on the cloth covering as shown in the photos. The canvas bag is soiled. We didn't attempt to clean it. Weighs about 12 1/2 lbs. Each section is about 55" tall.
