Mostly untested but guaranteed to work. The LCD panel and inverter are brand new with less than 1 hour on them. Top of the line parts direct from Rohde& Schwarz. Has option SML-B3(Pulse Modulator) The output was set to 50kHz and connected the output to a signal analyzer and the analyzer nicely reads the signal at 50kHz. Performed self test on ram. Rom and battery and these tests pass. The buttons are a little finicky. They all work. But sometimes need to be pressed several times to get them to respond.
