And when powered on, it does appear to be working, however, we are not experts in the evaluation and/or use of such test equipment so if this does not meet your expectations, you're welcome to return it within the 14 day window. The plastic covering what we presume are LED indicators is crazed(see 2nd picture) and the power cord insulation has some dry rot(see pics) There is no other damage to the unit we can observe. VOR, SELCAL receivers etc. It also is a general purpose spectrum analyzer with tracking generator covering the range of 100 kHz to 1 GHz. The tracking generator also has an offset feature. Has glideslope. Localizer, marker beacon and VOR test generartors built in. a very flexible unit. The operating manual and programming manual are included. There is also an BNC to N connector adapter included. The little antenna I used to test the" look and listen" feature is not included. I have not use this for it's intended aircraft function. You are bidding on a very clean IFR FM/AM-1500. I suspect that this CSM only saw bench use as it is in exceptionally clean condition. It tests out OK to the best of my ability. Please see photos of spectrum analyzer. Generate mode, receive mode and tracking generator mode in operation. A photo of an example cable fault test is also shown. The analyzer passes self test and no indication of any problems are present. It has an TCXO master oscillator installed. I am not sure if this is an option or if it is standard equipment. The only known problem with this piece of equipment is that there are a few segments missing in the center of the LCD display. They do not affect the normal operation of the equipment. I really don't know much about these, as I'm an IFR guy(but this is an IFR labeled unit) This was purchased out of a factory calibration lab storage area as surplus. The face does have some marks from old cal stickers and such, but overall seems to be in good condition. It does have the IEEE-488 interface. I don't know about any other options. I have not current means of testing it further than the internal self test. So it is being sold as-is. Thanks for looking. Continental USA shipping only please. I tend to pack conservatively.
