It always displays.000. This doesn't affect operation in any way. Except not displaying the exact frequency. I have not done any work to investigate since the frequency range and selection is clearly labelled. The knob and pushbutton ranges are labelled with the frequency. And appears to be accurate. I don't know if it needs a cal. It looked ok to me. I've had to epoxy the handle together. It seems to be holding fine. Unit is as- working with a bad display.
