This auction is for the spurs you see pictured with leg mount leathers only. There is nothing else included. Pictures are of actual items. The spur area and metal rod are marked Buckingham MFG Co. ASTM F887 No. SB9403 L 3 12. The leather portion is not marked with a brand or model. They show a normal of use with scuffs. Scratches, rust tarnishing on the metal but surprisingly they are holding up and are in working condition. No size is indicated. I measured from the spike from where it came out off the metal and got 1 1/2" Comes as pictured. The gaffs look to be replaceable but not adjustable. This is a 7 year old tree worker/arborist saddle/harness that is in very good overall condition. The adjustment straps on the rear of the saddle are stretched but still work. Includes the micro pulley for the rope bridge. I lost a good bit of weight and haven't used this saddle for 4 years. Great for removals!

ANTIQUE VINTAGE W H Buckingham MFG CO LC-5 17" Inch Tree Pole Climb Foot Spikes
Up for sale is a vintage antique pair of W H Buckingham MFG CO LC-5 17" Inch Tree Pole Climbing Foot Spikes. These are in very good condition. They are very old and have developed a rusty patina over time. The leather is in good shape. It is not dried or cracked. However, it is a bit worn in spots and dirty in others. Also, there is some sort of residue(the white spots, clearly visible in the pictures) on the leather of one of the upper buckles. It is kind of waxy and can be scraped off, but please keep in mind that these are barn fresh, as found, I do not typically clean these sort of item for fear of damaging it by using chemicals or abrasives. You may have better luck. The manufacturer stamps are clearly readable, the buckles are easy fasten/unfasten. Very cool items. Buckingham 9225 Climbing Spikes Gaffs Lineman Tree Climbing Trimming Gear
This tree trimming equipment was owned by my grandfather who did tree work in the 1980's. They have been in storage since the mid 1990's. This is quality leather equipment made mostly by Buckingham Co. There are 2 sets of tree climbers one he used the other has not been used they are both Buckingham 1225 the metal is 14 1/2 inches long. There are 2 tree straps that are 79 inches long. 1 has been used the other still has the paper tags from Buckingham still intact. There are 4 Buckingham model 3922, again 1 set used the other not. There are 8 straps that are 23 inches long. All equipment has been stored in the basement and is in good condition. You are welcome to do a local pick up.
