What a beautiful piece! Lively warm colored wood and brass plates show just the right amount of wear from years of use. Tray is approximately 13" long by 8" wide. And the roller bar is approximately 17" long. The tray that holds the finished product is also included. Along with a'extra' trim piece that was included in the original sale of this item from an antique shop. I cannot see where it would belong. Though. Note that the piece has been repaired in places and does show wear. Including some spots that are beginning to crack and could use a bit if time under clamp with good wood glue.please see photos. Firewood Processor / Wood Splitter / Fully Automated / Logs up to 36" diameter

Everything is in great working order, and I can give you a demo upon purchase. Handles big or small logs with ease, straight or crooked, the log grapple orients the log straight with the saw blade every cut. A run through of how the machine works: Load the deck with logs. can fit around 25 logs on the deck) the logs lay on three rolling chains which can rotate towards or away from the log grapple. The log grapple grabs the logs and runs them forward to the saw. The saw then cuts off the desired length of wood(Usually 16" The cut off block of wood drops onto a hydraulically actuated surface which tips the block into the ram operated splitter. The deck where the wood is split can be ... moreraised or lowered hydraulically to align the block to the 10 way splitter head. The ram then pushes the block through the splitting head where it then falls into the elevator(A weight brings the ram cylinder back. Allowing immediate use of the grapple and saw once the wood has been split, ie. you don't have to wait for the ram to get back before sawing the next log. The elevator has open grates built in which allow debris to fall out to the ground so it doesn't end up in the firewood product. All controls are operated from a seat inside the cab. The machine has an ignition switch in the cab and next to the engine. The engine is a 6 cyl detroit diesel. Which runs two high end hydraulic pumps to power the hydraulic systems. Everything has more than enough power to do it's job. There is a 100 gallon sump tank for the system. Also included are roughly 30 or so chains and extra bars. The machine also has a jack system which uses hydraulics to raise and lower the machine. The machine is located near Elba. MN. It can be towed with a 2" ball. The log deck flips up for travel. Blockbuster Firewood 2220 Processor Wood Splitter Timberwolf Conveyer Belt
Manufacture date 9/2002. Blockbuster 2220 wood processor. This belonged to my sons father in law, and he recently passed away, so we don't know everything about this log splitter, but we do know it works great, and that we used it last fall to split wood and it worked perfectly. Diesel engine, unsure of exact horsepower, however the 2013 model of this same processor is 68 hp 4cyl kubota diesel. Capable of producing 2 to 3 cords of wood per hour. Tool box on the side. Timberwolf conveyer belt comes with this processor, 5.5 gasoline Honda engine, requires 2" ball for hauling. Has one flat tire, but holds air for a day or so. Processor hauling equipment does need some repairs, plug that you hook up to the truck for lights has been cut and needs to be replaced. Breakaway box for the emergency brake needs to be replaced, as it is missing. ... moreThe hour meter say 482 hours and still turns over when we use it, so I am assuming it is correct. This machine is used, and has surface rust and blemishes, it has been used by a professional tree service. He was very particular about maintenance of all of his equipment, so I know it has been well taken care of. He bought this processor in 2002. Conveyer belt is also a 2002 and works great. Unicorn wood splitter goes on the tractor pto and 2 bottom lift arms. Originally made for category 1 but I added and have it on larger tractors. Will remove the extra arm pins before shipping. Was made for a 20 to 45 or so Hp cat 1 tractor. I haven't had a cat 1 in quite a while. approximately 30 years old and in good condition original except for the bar that the stick rest on is a recent replacement. I have owned it several years and have never had a problem with it other than adding a beefier log bar for the stick to ride on. This is a Speeco Master Splitter. It is a 22 ton model. It hooks to your 3 point. And you plug the hydraulic hoses into your valve. This splitter hinges. It will stand upright and split vertical. Or it will split horizontal, as pictured. It is barely used. Because the guy who bought it didn't have enough hydraulics for a wood splitter. So we traded with him on another implement. So check with your dealer and be sure you have enough hydraulics for a splitter. We have one of these. And we love it! It is powerful. It'll split things you'd think you'd just have to haul off. We use it with a 20/20 John Deere. One big advantage of a splitter like this that you hook up to your tractor is that you don't have to keep up another motor. I purchased this wood splitter(woodsplitter) knowing it needed a little work. I personally have never used it and I just don't have time to fix it so it needs to go to make more room for other projects. It is a Montgomery Wards. 5hp wood splitter with a 22" long cylinder with a 3" diameter ram and approximately a 20" working length. The motor runs good. I was told the pump needed a new shaft seal. I have removed the pump(2-stage) and dis-assembled it and found the shaft seal to be bad. The rest of the pump looks to be in good usable condition. This size unit you can take with you right into the woods. The pump is included the way it is(disassembled) and the old seal has been removed and I have that too. A new seal could be purchased and installed and the pump re-assembled or you could buy a working pump for it. Fix it up ... moreor Use it for Parts. I've never used this pump, so I took it apart to inspect, everything looks very good cond, retorqued it back together, did not replace any parts, cannot guarantee no leaks. There is a mounting plate, the cast iron pulley shows very little wear. Inlet looks like a 3/8" pipe thread, 1/4" pipe out.
