This listing is for a Fisher Scientific Model 118 Stirring Hot plate Stirrer with 7" x 7" Steel surface. Unit was used and has been successfully tested. The metal surface has some stain but is not effect its functionality. The magnetic stirrer spins at several different speeds and runs strong. The heating also works well and heats the plates surface up in few minutes. Both indicator lights for heating and stirring also work well and indicate correctly. Both ran simultaneously without problems. Stirrer is working eventhough light for the stirrer is off when heat is on. Both Stir and heat stay on the whole time I test.
