This item is in excellent condition. Clean with no damage at all to stir top and just a little paint chipping off base not affecting function. The stirrer works and is guaranteed to function. Here is a Corning PC-420 Stirrer Hotplate. It has been tested. The stirrer lubed, new rubber feet installed and both the stirrer and hot plate work, as shown in the photos. However. The stirrer knob is missing(But the shaft is still there and controls the unit fine) but the knob AND shaft for the heater are missing, though we were able to control it with a small screwdriver. Therefore it will be discounted accordingly and offered AS-IS. NO RETURNS. Cosmetic condition is good. With obvious signs of use, as also shown in the photos.
