Unit has scuffs and scratches from normal use and handling. Front face of unit has residue stain. Power cord is moderately fraying at connection to unit however wiring is intact. All four rubber feet on bottom of unit are intact and in good condition. Functionality/Degree of Testing: Unit powers on when plugged in. Power indicator light is not completely responsive; flickering occurs. Heat light is displayed after unit is moderately warm. Stir light is similar to power light where flickering occurs.
