This is a used mixer manufactured by Arrow Engineering Inc. in PA. This is the Arrow 6000 model. 120V. I have plugged item in, turned on, and used speed adjuster to test. At lowest setting mixer barely turns and increases in rpm's as you turn the knob. At highest setting it is extremely fast and does not make any strange noises. I do not have a tachometer to test rpm's at settings. Returns- I will offer a 7 day inspection period. If item is not as described or does not function I will refund the bid amount. Buyer to pay for return shipping and I will refund bid amount only when I receive item back and verify same condition as when I shipped.
