Timesavers Model 137-HD 36" Belt Sander Furniture Cabinet Shop Planer Delta Jet
Up for your consideration is a Timesavers Model 137-HD 36" belt sander serial#19404T. It has a Leeson 3 phase 20 hp 1760 rpm 208-230/460 volt. 53-48/24 amp motor serial#U74201772. The sander is currently wired 460 volt 3 phase. To test it I changed it temporarily to 208 volt 3 phase as my warehouse does not have 460 volt. Both the sander motor and the feed motor work fine. I did not run a board through as I was not sure if everything was set up properly. It has a pneumatic belt tensioner and it works fine as well. It does have some scratches, and the rubber boots on the table lifting screws need to be replaced, and some of the push buttons on the control panel are cracked(they still work fine) Please ask any questions you might have. Timesavers WideBelt Sander Model 137-1 HD
This is my Time savers 137 1 hd sander it has belt size 37 X 60. The machine was purchased for a project that never got off the ground. Machine has a 20 HP drive unit and a 1 hp table motor. Have used it only about 6 times in last two years. Unit works fine and is wired for 208-230 Volt operation. Can also be run on 460 Volt. I also have 14 new unused Klingspor sanding belts that I will include with unit: 4- 120 grit. 2- 180 grit 5- 150 grit 2- 80 grit These belts cost over $500.00 new! I also will crate and load onto carrier at no additional charge. However you must arrange shipping

We have for sale a very clean Timesavers 252-1 52" capacity widebelt sander. This machine has a 30hp main motor with 230/460V 3 phase. It is a 1hp conveyor feed motor and a 3/4hp motor for the raise and lowering of the bed. This machine has been ran and tested here at our facility and it checks out nice. The belt tracks great and the machine runs smooth. The drum has no scores or marks in it and we took the polishing platen off and recovered it with new graphite. This machine is ready to go back to work in your facility immediately. S/N is 9880. We are listing this as local pickup only but we would be happy to help you load as we have a forklift. Timesavers SandingMaster Industrial 36" Belt Sander Model GKSB 900 This Sander was in good working condition when removed from service. It has been in storage for four years. The model number is GKSB 900. SN KR881-13. Power: 60Hz, 220V or 440V 3 phase, the motor is currently configured to 220V. When in service last, is was operated on a 220V 3 phase circuit with 50 amp circuit breakers. The three drive V-belts are in good condion. It requires a source of compressed air for operation as the belt positioning system is powered pneumatically. It also requires a dust collection system which attaches to the top of the unit. The condition of the unit is good with normal wear and tear form being used in an industrial environment. The two right hand side panel attachment fastners have been replaced with non factory parts for panel retention, ... moreit is not elegant but it is functional. I have also identified that since it has been in storage, a couple of the hard vinyl tubes of the pneumatic system have cracked/broken and will need to be repaired/replaced for proper operation of the unit(non OEM tubing will be a suitable replacement) It includes a paper instruction manual which I purchased from Timesavers back when I originally installed the unit.
