Timesaver Model 137-HD 36" Wide Belt Sander Furniture Cabinet Shop Planer Delta
Up for your consideration is a Timesavers Model 137-HD 36" belt sander serial#19404T. It has a Leeson 3 phase 20 hp 1760 rpm 208-230/460 volt. 53-48/24 amp motor serial#U74201772. The sander is currently wired 460 volt 3 phase. To test it I changed it temporarily to 208 volt 3 phase as my warehouse does not have 460 volt. Both the sander motor and the feed motor work fine. I did not run a board through as I was not sure if everything was set up properly. It has a pneumatic belt tensioner and it works fine as well. It does have some scratches, and the rubber boots on the table lifting screws need to be replaced, and some of the push buttons on the control panel are cracked(they still work fine) Please ask any questions you might have. Timesaver Sander/Deburring Machine Model#37T-2-75 and Wet Collector
Up for sale we have a used Timesaver sander/deburring machine Model#37T-2-75. Unit is 480V 3Ph nad has very little use on it. We are guessing the age at 12 or 13 years. Unit was used in R&D and had very little operating time. Flat aluminum was laid on the belt and the sanding belt then took off the burr. Includes a T&H Industries wet collector. Model 21753-SS with a 7.5 HP blower. No ducting included. The collector dimensions are 4'x 4'x9' tall and the weight is about 400 pounds. The deburr machine is 6' x 7' x 9' and weighs around 3000 pounds. This is a guess on the weight. The units can be shipped as is or we will skid for a small fee. I found out the hard way when i wanted to have it installed.I had the machine wired to make sure it works,everything seamed to be operating, all the motors worked. I am a Metal shop, the Timesaver is still bolted to the skid and ready for pick up. I will be more than willing to fork lift the machine onto a truck or trailer. For auction is a Timesaver Speedbelt sander model 337-2. It can accommodate 36" wide sheets. It has two heads with 50HP and 30HP motors. The machine is wired for 480V. We've had this machine for many years and have used it occasionally but it presently isn't accurate enough to hold the thickness tolerance we require over full sheets. In the past on less than full sheet widths we were able to hold +/005" thickness at 18" wide and narrower strips could be sanded more accurately by taking many passes and running the strip through the same area of the machine. I cannot guarantee the machine can do this now- we haven't used it in a while and the belt it worn. The handle on side of the machine that adjusts the height of the in-feed got bumped at some point and is bent but functional.
