Newport 835 Optical Power Meter For sale is this used Newport 835 Optical Power Meter. It is overall in pretty good cosmetic condition with the normal couple of slight scuffs on the exterior. The only real physical issue I saw was that the power cord was very worn where it comes out of the meter and should be replaced soon. See photos below for more details on physical condition. The serial# is 701. I plugged the power meter in and turned it on and it immediately powered on and both LCD displays started displaying. Unfortunately it looks like both displays have issues displaying. It looked like the top display didn't shown the top half and the bottom display didn't show the bottom half. Though that may have been normal for the bottom display. I was able to press most of the buttons and see an appropriate change in the reading on the ... moredisplay, but it was hard to read it due to the issue with the top display.
