These diode lasers were only slight used in an experiment for pumping our fiber lasers. There are two units available. Both lasers yield an output power of 70W@33A. The spectral width is 3.1nm@976nm. NA is 0.22 having a beam diameter of 400 microns. The threshold current is about 8A at an operating voltage of 5.2V. The diodes must be water-cooled at ~15C. The fixed price for each unit is only 30% of our original purchased price.
