It is of a plain oval form with convex panelled corners and a gadrooned pattern around the top rims of each piece. The teapot has a black wooden handle and a hinged rectangular lid which has a dome shape to the centre on top on which is the wooden finial. The spout has a flat top with a shaped top front edge with a wide base. The sugar bowl has a narrow question mark shaped handle at each side and the milk jug has the same shape handle. Vintage Western Cow Skull Napkin Holders Silver Metal Set of 4 light weight
Hello! You are looking at a set of 4 vintage silver colored cow skull napkin holders. I don't know if these are a silver metal or a silver plated metal. But they are shiny silver in color. I did clean them with silver polish, trying to decide, but I can't, so I will leave that to the buyer. They are in very good used condition with very light scratching on the fronts from where they have rested face down over the years. And one has a tiny dimple. None of these imperfections are noticeable unless looked for. There is a little bit of tarnish on the backs that I didn't get off. Each napkin holder is approximately 3.50" from top to bottom and approx. 2.75" wide at the widest part. The ring that holds the napkin is approx. 1.75" deep x 1.50" wide. And will hold a normal sized cloth napkin. They are made of a very ... morelight weight metal. I don't know how old these are exactly, but they have been around since at least the 70's. Antique Late 1800s German Metric Weight Set — Solid Beech Box — Brass Hardware.
Beautiful antique beech box German metric weight set. Brass weights are marked"dkg" for"Decigrams" In this case we have a 200g. 2x100g, 50g, 20g and 2x10g weights. The 5 gram one is missing. Two of the weights have assayer marks(see closeup pics) Box is cut from a single block of beech wood. Box was cleaned and finished with several coats of a wipe-on poly and hand-polished to a soft luster with 0000 steel wool and paste wax. Broken and missing hardware was replaced with period appropriate solid brass pieces. The box measures 5 1/2" long x 2 3/4" deep x 1 7/8" tall. Shipping weight 3 lbs. No reserve! Very Fast Handling!
