This auction is for a Lovely Brown Transferware Ironstone Dinner Plate made by W.H. Grindley of England in the late 1800s or early 1900s. It is in the company's lovely"Spring" Pattern. Which is of sprays of brown flowers. The plate measures about 10 1/8 inches across. It has the Grindley backstamp with the steamer ship. The pattern name and the word England, which dates the piece to between 1891 and 1914. It is in very good condition especially for that age. There are no chips or cracks or repairs. There is very minor toning and fine even crazing throughout. Which is expected of pieces of this era. I only ship within the contiguous US and only accept PayPal. Your bid is for a wonderful book of DUTCH PAINTINGS that was printed in Czechoslovakia. 1961. The book was designed and produced by Artia(Prague) for Spring Books(Spring House, Spring Place, London) and is identified as item S 942. The book contains 60 individual plates, the first one selected was created in 1536 and the latest from about 1700. All plates are protected by a thin semi-clear vellum sheet and the plates are in excellent condition. Each plate is affixed to the page by only the top edge of the plate and I suppose if desired, individual plates could be removed for framing. This book has some weight to it so please pay attention to the estimated shipping costs to your location prior to bidding. This is a vintage Lafayette Echo Verb II two channel spring reverb unit. The unit is sold AS IS/ FOR PARTS. It h as instrument and microphone inp uts as well as a footswitch in put. Sep arate knobs for the mic and instrument in put level and a knob for the reverb leve l. When work ing well. It produ ces an awesome classic old school spring reverb sound. The unit was tested and few issues were found: One of the two microphone input jacks is missing. see photo) One of the two instrument input jacks doesn't seem to pass signal. The unit creates a lot of buzz and it will require some rewiring in order to get the unit working properly. You need to crank up the reverb knob in order to really hear the reverb level working.
