This listing is for a Sartorius Model 2358 Laboratory Digital Balance/ Scale. It has a 320g capacity and reads to 0.001g or 1mg. In excellent cosmetic condition. With just minor scuffs, scratches or marks. Operates as expected and correlates well with our postal scales(though, of course, they are not sufficiently precise for any meaningful comparison of milligram level accuracy) The one significant flaw that we can find is that one of the two leveling feet needs to be replaced, rendering it difficult to get the unit precisely level. Because of this and because we cannot guarantee the calibration, it's sold as-is, even though it may work fine once the foot is replaced. This is the only one on ebay- don't let it get away!

It had consistent readings and performed as I expected. I'm no expert with these high end scales but the dollar bill was weighed about 10 times and came up.97G every time. A few things that caught my attention were that the scale sat at zero consistently. Unless you were moving or causing vibrations around it. Then the zero reading moved around until you were still.
