These scales have become very popular in home décor and collecting. This scale is heavy-duty. Strong and stable. The scale moves freely and is very clean, although there is some cosmetic wear. The balance trays are white porcelain plates that are also in very good condition, with no breaks, cracks, or chips. PAIR OF OHAUS TRIPLE BEAM 700 800 SERIES 2610 G BALANCE SCALES
Up for bid is a pair of Ohaus Series 700/800 Laboratory triple beam balance scales. Overall they are both in good condition. Both appear to work as they should. The first scale shows a small amount of writing in sharpie and some etched in text on the lower front in two places. The plate on the top shows moderate surface wear and scratching and is a bit dirty with a very small amount of light surface rust. All of the weights are present and it appears to be in good condition overall. The second scale shows some tape residue towards the bottom. It is generally in good shape and shows only minor exterior wear. One of the weights on the top is missing(0-100 gram scale) It looks to be complete otherwise. See pictures for a better idea of condition.
