I had this oven plugged in and running for a little over an hour and it got up to and over the temp of 537 Celsius(1000 Fahrenheit) with no issues. When setting the temp the max this oven can be set to is 1125 Celsius. The IR thermometer used to check the temp maxes out the 537 degrees Celsius(1000 Fahrenheit) so I was not able to check for max temp. I do not have the manual or any other extras to inc lude.
