Up for grabs is a Framed Textile Needlepoint art piece. It is set into a deep frame the sinks in about a 1/2 inch like a shadowbox. It is from the Ainsworth Gallery in Boston which was high end. So it was prob very expensive when originally bought. the Frame is 14" x 14" and the art is 8" around. Overall a nice piece. It is in used condition with some minor wear on the frame. This will look great on display. I took lots of pictures to show the condition of the Items. They tell a good tale. See pictures for condition. However, it does have some minor crazing on the post and on the bottom of the vase. It measures 9-1/4” tall x 4” wide. It is engraved with O.P. CO. U.S.A. on the bottom of the vase. Vintage D.W. Brunton / Ainsworth POCKET TRANSIT COMPASS with Case & Instructions
Pocket transit compass is in good working condition for its age. Includes compass. Plastic case, instructions. Compass exterior is in good condition. Does have some scuffs and scratches on the inside. Mirror is in good condition. Glass over compass does have some fading but you can still see into it fine. Instructions do show signs of wear from use but are still functional. Plastic case is no longer functional. It will however be included. Does have places where it is cracking and plastic is chipped off. I will be including some of the chipped off pieces of plastic from the case.
