Primative Africian mixing gord with head carved stirring utensil
This is a very old Africian piece that was purchased from a local estate antiques auction. This item was part of a very nice large collection that was stored away for years. This item measures 11 inches tall. It has avery old hide and fur piece that fits the bottom of the gord. the rope and beads also look to be very old and original to this piece. The stir piece has a wonderful carved head. There is a split in the lower neck area as seen in the pictures. This would make a nice addition to any collection or display.
