The speed meter works and is easy to read. The control panel paint is chipping. There are a couple scratches and scuff marks on the casing and some of the paneling doesn't fit on quite right. But it is otherwise undamaged. Heat could be felt coming off of it in under a minute and it was soon boiling. The display for the heating unit unfortunately doesn't work. I tried hitting all buttons and turning all knobs. But nothing seems to happen. None of the indicator lights work either. After trying different temperatures, I am pretty sure that the heating element is set to high permanently.
