Besides on the motherboard there are water lines on the video card as well as fans all over the inside. Believe it is an AMD Athlon 64 X2 dual core not sure which of one it is though. I can just see the 2005 date and the other markings are hard to make out with it attached to the motherboard. He removed his hard drive so you will need that as well as your own OS. He utilized industrial grade pumps and electrical vs todays cooling chilling plastic parts pieces. He had it running with a sealine aquarium chiller unit and had a valve inline with solenoid that opened at certain temps and started the circulation. It was running when he decided it was time to move on as he was in a downsizing retirement mode now and leaving a big place with a large shop that he could tinker with this in. Showing some minor signs of wear. It powers up, and the digital display is bright and clear, and it recirculates, heats and chills water successfully. The set point is adjustable from-15.0°C to +50.0°C. It heats up to 50.0°C just fine, but it does not seem to want to cool below about 2.0°C. If the temperature gets below about 2.0°C, then its stops cooling, and"Pump Failure" comes on the display. It always comes back to life after you let it warm up a bit, and turn it off and back on again. I let it run for a couple hours at 3.0 and 2.5°C, and it ran fine without ... moreany problems. I even got it down to 1.8°C without a pump failure, but I had to adjust the temperature slowly. It you let it cool down from room temperature, it always goes a few tenths of a degree below the set point before stabilizing at the set point, so if you set it to 2.0°C right from the start, then it will cool below 2.0°C, and cause a pump failure. So it is best to set it for 3.5 or 4.0°C, and then after it stabilizes at that temperture, adjust it slowly down by 2 or 5 degrees at a time until you reach your desired temperature.
