First, let me tell you about me. I was an engineer who worked at Bicron and DESIGNED this instrument. I can tell you that this instrument is in PERFECT, PRISTINE condition. The outer case and chrome are in excellent shape, with only a couple of minor scratches on the case bottom. The meter face has a couple of minor scratches which you can barely see. As you can tell from the photos, the instrument electronics function PERFECTLY. I have a couple of check sources and was able to test both the internal energy-compensated GM tube and the SWGM.
